Questions about giving the book
When will the gift card arrive?
Instantly, by email, right after you buy it. You can forward it, print it, or tuck it into a holiday card. Perfect for last-minute gifts, even on Christmas Eve.
Do I need to know their birth details?
No. They add their own birth date, time and place when they redeem the card, and we create their book from those details.
They've never heard of Human Design. Will they still enjoy it?
Yes. Human Design is a system that uses your birth date, time and place to describe how you're built: how you make decisions, where your energy goes, and what you're naturally good at. Most of our readers had never heard of it before. The book explains everything in everyday language, starting from page one.
What if they don't know their birth time?
They can still redeem it. They can tell us roughly when they were born (morning, afternoon, evening or night), or leave it and we'll use 12:00 noon. Their Type, Strategy and Authority usually stay the same.
How long does the book take once they redeem it?
Every book is printed one copy at a time, so it arrives in about 11 to 13 business days after they redeem the card. If they'd like the book itself before Christmas, they'll need to redeem it by December 7.
Does the gift card cover shipping?
Yes. The hardcover gift card covers the book and standard shipping (11 to 13 business days), so there's nothing extra for them to pay.
Does the gift card expire?
No, it never expires. They can redeem it whenever they're ready.
