It’s so mind blowing to see a book customised to you. Not only does it give you the tools and tips becoming the most aligned version of you, but it also tells you about the shadow/not self behaviours and versions of yourself. And it shows you where you’re at now and where you can be. I love my book and have been telling everyone I know about it.
