Below, you’ll find a brief overview of each energy type, along with its unique strategy for decision-making and navigating the world. While there’s much more to explore for each type, this post serves as a great starting point to understand the basics

Keep in mind: any type can do anything; your type simply reveals the best way for you to do so.

Generators

Generators are the life force of our society. With abundant energy, they are designed to do what lights them up.

It’s essential for them to avoid doing tasks simply because they feel they “should.” Instead, they should pursue what brings them joy and excitement.

When Generators engage in the right kind of work, they tap into a powerful source of energy that allows them to work consistently throughout the day and enjoy restful nights.

However, if they struggle to find fulfilling work and the right outlet for their abundant energy, they may experience frustration. Additionally, they might face difficulties in associating their self-worth with their productivity or work they accomplish

Their strategy: Wait for something to ignite a gut response before pursuing it. By prioritizing their joy and excitement each day, they will attract the most aligned opportunities and people into their lives.

Manifesting Generators

Manifesting Generators are multi-passionate trailblazers, uniquely designed to juggle multiple pursuits at once and demonstrate what’s truly possible.

Like Generators, they possess abundant energy and thrive on activities that light them up, but they also embody the spontaneous nature of Manifestors, allowing them to pivot in new directions at a moment’s notice.

With a wealth of sustainable energy, Manifesting Generators work quickly and can accomplish more than most while maintaining their pace for extended periods.

To others, they may appear to be “all over the place.” However, they thrive when they embrace their varied passions and let go of the expectation to stick to just one path or direction.

Their strategy: Wait for something to ignite a gut response before pursuing it. By prioritizing their joy and excitement each day, they will attract the most aligned opportunities and people into their lives.

Projectors

Projectors are here to solve problems and help others use their energy more efficiently.

They aren’t designed for constant doing. Instead, they thrive in roles that focus on guiding and directing rather than executing every detail themselves.

Their purpose is to teach, present, consult, or lead others toward more effective or innovative approaches. With a unique ability to see what others often miss, Projectors are highly efficient and can accomplish tasks quickly.

While they may not have the sustained energy for prolonged physical labor, this doesn’t mean they aren’t hard workers or capable of taking on challenging tasks. It simply means they need to be mindful of their energy levels and plan time for rest and recovery after significant efforts.

Projectors need to be seen, heard, and recognized for their contributions and the passion they bring to their work.

Their strategy: Wait to be invited – especially for significant areas like relationships, career moves, and living situations. In the meantime, it’s a perfect time to focus on honing their skills and making both themselves and their work more visible.

Manifestors

Manifestors are the initiators of the world and get new things started.

With a forward-thinking and innovative mindset, they have the potential to spark major movements.

Manifestors thrive on freedom and autonomy, and one of the most challenging environments for them is one that is overly controlled or micromanaged. They excel when they have the space to create and initiate projects whenever inspiration strikes. Their energy often comes in spontaneous bursts, followed by periods of rest and reflection.

For the changes they initiate to be better received, Manifestors benefit from giving others a heads-up—not because they need permission or approval, but simply as a courtesy to those who will be impacted by their actions.

Their strategy: Follow their inner impulses and keep others informed about their actions. While keeping others in the loop might not come naturally, it helps create more harmony and flow in both their relationships and life.

Reflectors

Reflectors are incredibly rare, making up just one percent of the population. Their unique role is to act as mirrors, reflecting the truth of their surroundings.

As natural facilitators and evaluators, Reflectors offer a distinctive perspective, often seeing things that others overlook. Their energy is profoundly influenced by their environment and the community around them. For Reflectors to thrive, it’s essential that they are valued and respected, as they mirror the overall well-being of the collective.

Reflectors are deeply attuned to the rhythms of the moon and its cycles. To truly flourish, they must embrace their adaptable, chameleon-like nature.

Their strategy:Reflectors are deeply connected to the lunar cycle and should wait for a full moon cycle before making significant decisions. In today’s fast-paced world, this patience can be challenging, and Reflectors may feel disappointed if they don’t allow themselves the full 28 days to gain clarity. During this waiting period, it’s beneficial for them to discuss their choices with others, as they gain insight when they see their thoughts reflected back through those around them.
